Tim Bright is an experienced executive coach who has worked in a number of different countries with a range of leading corporate clients. In this speech Tim will look at different developments within the coaching profession and how we can all be working to improve professional practice. He will also share a tool based on his own research that is free for anyone to use, and which can help coaches and their clients discuss what they are looking for from the coaching relationship.
Tim has over 25 years of management and consulting experience having lived and worked in the UK, the USA, the Middle East, Turkey and across Europe and Asia. He currently works actively across 4 countries.
Tim is a partner with OneWorld Consulting, based in Istanbul, and works with clients at all stages of the executive talent lifecycle. He delivers executive search projects, works as an executive coach, designs and supports in-company mentoring programmes and works with top leadership teams to help them become even more effective. He often works with executives transitioning into new roles. OneWorld Consulting also provides customised outplacement.
Tim previously served on the International Executive Board of the EMCC and is a founder member of EMCC Turkey. He has a Master’s Degree in Professional Development (Executive Coaching) from Middlesex University.
