Workshop: Success Factors for Coaching in Organisations
In this session Sally will share her experience of what organisations really look for when selecting external coaches. She will discuss what makes great coaching in companies, what organisations need to select for, and what coaches need to do in order to be selected for work. She will also cover what to do in selection situations, as well as what not to do! She will share what the key success factors are for delivering great coaching and how to evaluate measure the impact of coaching. Using her experience from many organisations, she will highlight what really makes the difference for effective coaching – from the coachees, and the organisations perspective. She will also be giving ideas as to how organisations can use coaching to address key cultural as well as talent, issues.
